Say until i live in some lakehouse like that. hahaha. no lar of cuz not. dont come rob me. well... on the way back to sg.. there was this crazy jam on the highway.. really crazy. ever caught in a jam where no vehicle moved for like 30 mins? might as well park there and yumcha. thats what some people did. wot tha heck? yumcha in the middle of the highway u may ask. nope. its not really exactly what i said. but u can see like 3-4 men standing in the middle of the road chatting. just get them some tea and i think everyone will be happy. haha. it was because of this crazy accident involving with a burning lorry. also saw the bumper or 'teeth' of a wira.. thats all for the wira. dont see anything else. hopefully everyone is alright from that biggie accident. Amen.

(Yumcha in highway sia... truly yumcha kakis.)
balik also take like 4 hrs because of that. boo... budden worth it. reached back, rested for the day, next day went to Tiong Bahru to makan bfast. yummy! they just upgraded their old hawker centre to this posh new 3 storey 'plaza'. geng.. singapore markets getting more n more 'un-market' like already. compared to msia, hmm. seriously no comments can be given. lol..

(never will see in msia hawker centre. Tiong Bahru Hawker Centre)
the tiong bahru hawker centre is famous for their chee kui. in case u r wondering whats that, its some white circle soft thingy that has brown toppings on top. served hot with chili if you want. delicious. hehe. posh place serving good food. what else do we need? oh yar. a posh car park too.

(Posh car parks come with a price. Every hour i think 1 buck plus? Do remember its Sing dollar we r talkin about.)

(Shit!!! I saw a kancil in singapore! omg!)
evening came and so was dinner.. went to orchard to do some shopping... Takashimaya was our destination. First went to Crystal jade Ramen xiao long bao. chinese ramen is never tasted like that anywhere else. go and try! quite nice to me. some others may not think its cool, but to me it tastes good. my fav is their beef ramen in chili oil.. even then i still add their chili in. haha. shit. damn nice. went off to shop shop, walked alot...

(Paris paris. Got singapore still need paris. why dont want new york? tsk tsk.)
den go to walk along orchard road... there was this beat boxing thing going on.. there goes the beat boxing trend. ^^.

(Orchard Cathay Cineleisure. The cinema that never sleeps. Proud to be owned by Cathay. oh btw, who so dumb go put Singapore Idol poster? Tear it down damnit.)
they sorta changed orchard road to some mega bazaar, selling really pasar malam type of goods there. probably from thailand i think.. haha. lame goods from thailand in orchard road. wth. something you should never picture of. :)

(Tweee ferr Tan Dolla! Lelong Lelong Lai lai!)

(Everything in singapore is made of plastic. there is no real thing. Have you ever seen plastic frogs?)
the last day was sunday, my family and i went to chinatown to get some ba kwa. dont go the mei zhen xiang 1. thats bull. got another 1. long long long queue. budden i duno the name.. haha. quite nice. as usual, full of pork stuff and oily indeed. walked and shopped, saw some funny chinese stuff going on.. den have to balik already. sad.. but before that.. made sure that i go buy mooncake. hehe. long time never eat mooncakes that are done near my house. very nice lor. those lotus thingy. :)

(to all fake CLK [KELISA] owners. you should get a new car..)

F has many meanings.
The letter F does explain and signify a whole lot of stuff. Such as Friday for example. Friday has a slight hidden meaning for relaxation and happiness, because everyone is looking forward to the weekends which begins the day after Friday. There is even a restaurant named after Friday and its hidden meanings, TGI Fridays. :) [BTW, its officially Friday when I posted this blog.. so its all cool :)]
The letter F is also the first letter of something I have been fiddling around with for a few days already. The name is FEDORA. yep.. Linux Fedora FC5. Being pretty new, I did some funny stuff like wondering where the "Start" button go. haha.. embarrasing. But as time passed I got more and more used to Fedora. In fact, I started liking it very much. It could well take over WindowsXP as its functions and visual performance are beyond par. My Fedora has been modified to include XGL technology, special thanks to Novell and OpenSUSE team for doing such a good job. Yeah i know it all sounds very IT-ish. Alright, I will keep such things aside. Due to that alien XGL technology, my neat laptop is able to do fancy stuff you will NEVER every get to see in winXP. Probably in Vista though, as thats what they are -trying- to implement. damn they are slow.. Here are some awesome visually stunning screenies I have taken on my fedora. There are several move visual effects available, just I cant screenie them. Sad. Anyway, ENJOY.

(My WinXP Scrennie)

(My Fedora Screenie)

(Turning my Fedora around..)

(Mouse slips, moving the camera upward)

(Decided to surf the net with firefox cubed-style *Just Kidding*)

(Out of the cube, looking at the box..)

(Being notty, surfing with firefox on the box *Just Kidding again*)

(Kopete in the background.. Top down looking box view)

(How about the bottom - top look? Shit i feel star-trekkish.)

(Alt Tabbing in Vista sense, move your mouse and click the window you wanna switch to.. this is how Vista will Alt Tab in the future.*maybe*)

(Last but not least, Joke of the Day: WinXP on Fedora cube. Shit that will suck.)
The F letter. :) It is only a few hours more before I will start leaving towards homie... R&R maximum.. hehehe. Too bad.. dad went to the US for some job trip. 2 whole weeks not around. boo.. But visiting my mom is great too. :) Wondering what would my friends be doing over the weekends? I have one that has such a wicked plan for the weekends. He has no internet, and decided to do the UML thingy on Saturday. *takes hat off* u r cool dude. haha. ttyl guys.

Wednesday Afternoons.
i dread wednesdays. Sometimes i wonder why too. Maybe its because of the 3 hour lecture of korean i would be getting from 4-7pm. Morning classes are a bummer too. boring boring boring. Dragged myself to school this morning... came back home and slept. then later have to drag myself to school again. booo. im gonna camp myself home tonight. to keep the boringness going. Been thinking of stuff lately. On the good side, i am going back home this weekend! yay.. Hafta visit my parents and siblings you know.. Go back sure mom cook stuff for me to eat. hehe.. But then can only stay for like 2 days... sigh. After this weekend i am gonna enter intense mugging sessions.. as the finals approaches. already set a date for this weekend onwards to pump myself up for studying. Talking about finals, i seriously wonder if i have the time to study well. i have like lotsa assignments and mid term exams to do, all within the next month. sux. Somebody help! *drowning*
Go sg means i can enjoy cooling aircon and nice view right out of my window. Just that simple thing makes me happy. I am a simplistic person. :) hafta go.. the lovely korean class is 30 mins away...

First post in blogspot. - Ipoh>KL>Mlk Trip
blah! hehe. Im gonna try blogging with blogspot. Hope it works, wish me luck! :)
I dun wanna blog old stuff but... havent been taking pics for a while.. next time next time.. bring my handy dandy camera around to action abit.. haha.
-Ipoh
Von and I were heading towards the all cool Ipoh town in Perak, Malaysia. Shit did i just say cool? *Hell No* Anyway, rumours says that all the chicks r supposed to be here. They got to be kidding. Are they hiding or something? hmm... blah... they r weeek. haha.. All this was happening during my mid semester break, which lasted for like one week. I headed over to Von's hse to camp over. Don't throw me all those evil looking eyes damn. I am a nice innocent kid.
When we arrived to Ipoh, we headed to their all famous Jusco

(Jusco Ipoh)
to meet my very orang asli friend, Phoebe. Don't look down on her okay. She is the boss of some shop in Ipoh.. selling dimsum. Bloooody rich 1. bah.. if only I have half of her money.. :( She treated us to her dimsum shop, and boy their food is delicious.

(Pretty dimsum boss! The aunty counting how much she eat la.. Boss everytime eat and dont work 1...)
If you guys are like me, eating dimsum in Melaka, eating the dimsums there is like "shit thats a dimsum?". Their siew mai is about 3-4 times bigger than those in Melaka. HUGE. even their fishballs are big. woah! nope. still smaller than mine. hehe. ^^v
(Feed your eyes on the nice dimsum)
After that sumptious breakfast, we headed over to some cool place that you guys should never ever know. yep. -Censored-. Then we had a big big big lunch at some 'under the tree' shop. They call it Da Shu Xia in chinese. But then, there are alot of Da Shu Xias around the world. How the hell would I know which is which. lame. Choose a better name mate. Anyway, what they sold were Yong Tau Hu. Phoebe said that the place wasn't so nice.. budden still nice. There is another shop in the Ipoh old town that sells yong tau hu in the morning. Actually nvr eaten this type of food in the morning so.. abit wierd. hehe. Their nice dishes were the fried ones. Being greedy, I took like 8 bucks worth of fishballs. All kinds of colours and patterns, all fried. Some steamed. waddaheck? haha. greedy lar.. dun blame me.. That meal very cham.. eat until very san fu/xing ku/torturing. Too much food. Dont forget we had dimsum like a few hours before. I tried to stuff as much of fishballs in my tummy as possible... Damn I ate so much. damnn...
Skip towards dinner! We went to u-know-ipoh-is-famous-for-their-chicken-tauge-kuaytiao- shop. Actually there were three of them. All throwing chickens at each other, swearing to stuff more chickens in the other guy's shop.

(The other shop had the name Onn Kee. wtf?)
To me this is bullshit. Why u wanna open a shop across the street killing each other? But the business for each shop was pretty good. The chicken and kuay tiao and tauge were pretty good.. budden remember my fishball story? because i ate too much... had a hard time eating the chicken stuff as well. sad. kinda feel wasted. One thing i know, someone that ate with us had this chicken leg fetish. lol.... no offence but those chickens walked on shit, debris, garbage, spit, chewing gum, and walked on them again. ewwww x3...
Finally balik from Ipoh, it was actually a 1 day trip.. didnt stay over at Phoebe's hse. Went back.. still got supper! Teluk Intan's Chee Chong Fan. waaa.... Estimated weight gain during the holidays: 65 pounds.

(Mouth watering chee chong fan)
-Kay Elle(Kuala Lumpur)
Holidays ending, Von and I went to visit Mr. Knightrazor. still looking dumbass as ever.. hahaha.. kidding man! You look way dumber than this! haha.. we went sungai wang shop shop shop. and shop shop shop. den go to KLCC there go PC fair and walk walk walk, walk walk and walk. damn tiring. First time walk so much.

(Did you see Malaysia's twin towers?)

(There you are.. Malaysian Pride :) )
On the way towards PC fair I was looking at those people sitting on the grass like having a picnic, shoes taking off and fanning themselves. I thought what the heck are they doing? This is KLCC man. Show some respect. After PC fair, I was sitting on the grass like I was having a picnic, shoes taken off and fanning myself. Damn.

(Dumbass sitting on the grass)
my soles really hurt bad that day. After that we went straight back to Melaka. Yay!
Thats all for my first post... lemme get more pics for more posts. :)
